Nice designs provided by the users..But i think it is more better if you are asking this question in brief.
I think you have to mention which TV set you have. Because Some of Companies providing cabinets and woofer system with it. So it is more useful if you are saying.

you should approach a carpenter who can make one that suits your taste. that is the best alternative. may be before this you can do a final search at the local furniture shop to find if anything is available that fits your needs.
